The reason I ask is because in the case that you're not replacing with it sex, then--no offense-- but the symptoms you describe do not sound like someone "resisting" fap/PMO; rather, what you seem to be resisting is any sexual gratification whatsoever, and your brain/body is changing correspondingly.

There's a difference between resisting "fap/PMO", but not general sexual gratification (e.g., sex), and resisting all sexual gratification whatsoever, under what superficially (from the outside) appears to just be a nofap streak.
