Do you use any OTC supplements like any vitamins or minerals or whatever that helped with mood and made withdrawals bearable? I know exercise and meditation work the best but I would like to add something more if possible.
St. John's Wort is a pretty common OTC supplement for mood ... it promotes healthy neurotransmitter activity. My company makes a blended supplement called Luminex (includes St. John's Wort, Griffonia seed, and Vitamin B12) that people have said good things about ... but in the end St. John's Wort is probably your strongest bet if you're looking for something natural/herbal and OTC.
If you suffer from anxiety, CW Hemp Oil helps a lot. It's made from cannabis and it has an immediate effect on your body and your mood, you don't get high at all but you feel more relaxed. It's a bit pricey though.
