just so you know, you can't lose extra fat in any specific area of your body by training said specific area. but, if you want to train your obliques, side planks are good for stability. side crunches, cable rotations are better for building size in that area. good luck
The obliques are just a muscle sheet, they don't flex and build like skeletol muscles. The love handles and armpit fat decrease in response to overall fitness levels. So the best way is from cardio & diet. You have to do more than 20 mins/day.
