Any advice?

I've been doing some research into YBOP as part of my NoFap journey. One interesting point I found is evidence that porn use and addiction overwrites the natural pathways the brain has for sexual attraction with what ever gets you to use porn, whether that be straight, gay, etc. content.

And NoFap resetting is all about diminishing the hold those out of control pathways have on our lives and actions and restoring to the natural and theoretically healthier pathways.

That said, I'm not sure 5 days is enough time resetting to feel those natural pathways crop up since this site suggests 90 day resets.

If you don't think you're gay, it's probably likely that your not. I do know from other posts that some of us have struggled with same sex attraction as a consequence of porn use, but that's not the same as being sexual attracted to other men.

This is my inexperienced opinion, but could be a mechanism of your brain to try and "coerce" you to looking at porn, almost like a scare tactic. It's missing the dopamine hit and is looking for ways to bring you back to the addiction.

I have read the practicing meditation and acknowledging that the urges we have are temporary and will pass helps deal with these thoughts.
