Any advice on how to stop using Reddit

    I've already installed Cold Turkey on my computer, and deleted my account. But there aren't any good website blockers on iOS, so despite everything I've done, I still waste almost an hour a day on reddit on my phone browser.

    Screen Time, and have someone else put in the passcode. You can partially block or completely block it.

    An hour doesn't seem harming but any way you can start with very small like try doing it for 50mins and as you get comfortable reduce some more minutes. Set the action of improvement so simple and easy that you cannot resist to follow or do it.
