Hello NoFap, Im a men, 20 years old. Looking for to change, I did watch a lot porn movies, and masturbated too by watching them, I also masturbated in front of a webcam (Chaturbate and Cam4) and Im not doing it anymore, It's been 4 weeks and a couple of days, since I stop watching porn and masturbate.
