I am 29 and have been reading this website for a couple of weeks. I thought I could do this alone bUT seems that's not the case. I have been pmo since middle school and need to stop. I have tried over the last few weeks but seems I can only make it a couple of days. I would love to hear tips and support to help get me to a longer period without pmo. I am sick and tired of the guilt and depression that comes along with this addiction. Thank god for this site and the support of fellow addicts.
