Another Day One

Hi all,
This is my first post here. Today I went PMO. I had about a 30 day streak at that point. This isn't the first time I've tried stopping but the first time I've posted about it. Hopefully the accountability will keep me going.
My goal is to give up for good. I need to cut this out of my life.
I want to be better for myself and for my relationship. I have an amazing partner, but this gets in the way and it's been getting in the way for a year now. I don't know why they still put up with me.
Anyways, Crazyfeet saying hi.
Also, if you have any tips on resisting urges I'm all ears.
