I've had a thousand day ones. While I've made great strides from January 2006 when I first surrendered, PMO seems to be my last frontier - that and truly being monogamous, but that's a different story. I had 91 days in the summer and once I went an entire year - it helped that I had a girlfriend during that period. I usually act out in the evening, when I'm alone. Often on weekends. Anyway, I could use an AP. In the meantime, I'll familiarize myself with how it works around here - and get support. Time to reboot.
