    The nofap withdrawals are crazy. Today someone didn't say me hello on the morning when I told him good morning and I start to be angry af and think what a snob this guy must be. the whole way I'm walking. I spit my silva and said this is this guy.

    i was angry yesterday becouse of the dog of our neighbours, barking at me furiously ,it always does but i was just more sensitive this time ! i know for a fact that some events can drive me out of my skin ! i must learn to meditate !
