    Hi friends it's 2nd day no sexual thought no masterbation,today night I went to bhajan sandhya program,and came back at 2 am after that I study and watch a movie.at 5am I slept.before sleeping thought comes in mind for masterbation but I remember 7days challenge for no masterbation ,and I control it.
    We will win.. thank you.
