An Attempt to Prevent: WET DREAMS !

    Alright so, I'm going to basically copy and paste a point I tried to make in my journal.

    Give me grace if I miss a few things or some things are off. It may seem like common sense or general 'good idea's or whatever you'd like to label it as, but I figure having this kind of information condensed in one place might be a good idea.

    I had a wet dream last night, and I stayed up a few hours in the middle of the night thinking...

    HOW TO PREVENT WET DREAMS
    (#1). You must not eat at least 2 Hours before you go to sleep. This helps the digestion and allows a more calm state of sleep. From now on I will be adhering to this rule.

    (#2). Do something non-electronic in the last hour or two before you go to sleep. This helps the brain slow down and again helps a calm state of sleep.

    (#3.) Last but not least remember not to ever look at Porn. This is an issue I need to continue working on because I am clearly not as aware of the consequences as I should be. Just looking at the materials from old past habits will simply rein-cite the original urges and cravings. It definitely will create the chaser effect and blue balls and will make your venture much harder to handle.

    Any clerical contributions both scientific and tested advice on these issues would be greatly appreciated.
