    basically any method you have for all of this. i'll start.
    1 i call this self-boring. basically in the process of breaking, you focus on the pleasure itself rather than the thing you're fapping to. this takes all the pleasure out of fapping, and causes you to stop. basicly an eject button. a bonus is it gives you time to get out of the situation at hand as well. I developed this myself after i read a book about the holocaust. the mc later became some sort of therapist and he explained the basic principles and i ran with it.

    the second is harder to use but my source that i got this one from says that you can train you're body to do. basically yous imagine that someone that you want to protect is in danger and it is your job to save them. if done right this will cause a chemical reaction to nullify the hornieness factor.

    just try this. eat a food you like and instead of focusing on the food focus on the enjoyment it brings. since you aren't focusing on the good parts of eating it, it will be as if you hadn't even eaten it

    it's an in the moment thing. it only works when all else fails. it's ok if you do not understand a few of the multitude of methods.
