Ambed up by music again

I have gained more appreciation for music among other things, porn really took its tool on me. Now I have been officially clean for 102 days.
All I can say is abstaining from porn makes you more grateful, and view the glass is half full instead of half empty. I recall this view upon life when I was about 7 to 16, more excitement for life's challenges and just enjoying conversations. If you mix nofap with cold showers you are really something, you will elevate yourself to the top very rapidly. All I need is to push myself further in training. All good, my life is good, I am proud of myself, try to make yourself proud of yourself. Look ahead instead of reflecting upon the past, I push myself to make myself weaker than tomorrow.
