am i mad?

this is a post a little more different than usual, many of my friends give me the "crazy", in short I had a very stressful period in my life between doctors and other, but I do not understand what behavior I apply when I'm with my friends who do believe that it is "socially strange" we say, this thing partly accepted on one side I say "I do not care" but on the one hand I would like to understand what causes this thing
