Kinda Sick and Tired of this Habit, I have been in this since 2018. Giving Up on Cigarettes and Alcohol is way easier than this. But enough is enough, What I think we can be better at is recognize the triggers. Let's start small then we will increase Intensity No PMO for 7 days, Daily Meditation for minimum 10 mins daily, Read at least 2 Pages of books Daily, 10 pushups, 10 Crunches, 10 Squats A Day. This is going to be tough if we just try to do it perfectly, so let's make a Pact. The Pact States we will not sleep if we don't do at least 10 min meditation and read at least 2 pages of Book and at least 10 reps Pushups,Crunches,Squats. (I am going to start with Atomic Habits) .
