Hello, so im on a strict "No PMO" streak and uhm to keep from PMO-ing i abstained from social media for some time, uhm earlier today i decided to log into my facebook since i obviously haven't been on in a while. Now this is the problem, while attending to my "Friend requests" i stumbled on this account and clicked on it and the first pic i saw was uhm "inappropriate".I quickly deleted the request but i don't feel comfortable,in fact i feel like i relapsed, which brings me to my question.Did i just relapse?
Did you intentionally stroke your private part for releasing the semen?...if YES then it is a relapse... if you have not done anything intentionally and then also semen has came out, then NO it is NOT a relapse
Your goal is to abstain from PMO. So that means you must not intentionally watch porn or pSubs (like non-pornographic but still arousing videos, pictures and such), intentionally masturbate/edge or intentionally make yourself orgasmn in any way. So everything, that happens unintentionally is not a relapse (for example a wet dream or maybe a pop up).
