Alot of Pain and Burning in Penis.

It might be because of healing, i dont know .
I would say let it heal, it will get better or if it doesnt get better, go and see a urologist.

It may be to over do the clenching of the PC muscle. When you have erections that last long you tend to clinch And If you overwork that muscle it could causes stress on it give it a few days and if it doesn't go away see your doctor. Oh and drink lots of water
