Alcohol Anxiety

    Does anyone here ever get anxiety from alcohol? Like the next day when u wake up? I often have major pangs in my stomach the day after I drink especially if I also did PMO. It must be all the cortisol. I ofteen start thinking about the night and how it went and analyzing every little detail of what i could have said or did that was wrong (even though it wasnt that big a deal).

    I definitely get that, I like drinking beer a lot but never feel great the day after. But drinking makes me more confidant definitely and I like that
