Sex addiction can be tough to beat, but thousands of people on these forums have done just that: beaten their compulsive sexual behaviors. You can too if you work at it hard enough: building up your will power through activities like exercising and cold showers, learning to let the urges be without having to act on them through activities like mediation, starting a hobby to invest your energies in and occupy your time so you aren't always thinking about porn. If you are looking for someone to keep you accountable, I suggest you post a thread in Accountability Partners or Women in Reboot (if you are looking for a fellow woman to be your accountability partner).
