Today I again relapsed 3 times in a single day ,feeling like put some bullets in my head ,not getting interested living with this addiction and ugly face. I want to die,but I can't ,I can't leave my parents in poverty,I have to live this life any how ,and I will. Some friends always asked me why I always wear mask ,when I go out with them,they think I am afraid of COVID but that's not true I wear mask to hide my face from peoples. My biggest insecurity is my face.
I said the exact same thing to different user I've relapsed multiple times today on a 4 day streak. Best thing to do is to not dwell on it. Accept that you done it, accept that you hate it and start again. Keep your head high, stay positive, say I can and keep on pushing. we all fall, we all fail, but if you keep pushing everytime you do, you will reach your goal.
