After 15 years of addiction, I decided to change

I started watching porn at 12 and continue watching it frequently until now (27 years old). I couldn´t quit only using willpower, so I decided to block all adult content on my devices.

Here is what I did:

• Deleted all porn I have downloaded (videos and photos). Then, Installed Cold Turkey on PC. Cold Turkey blocks individual websites. Reddit has so many NSFW pages that I blocked it entirely. However, I started to search porn on Google images.
  
  
• Installed BƖockerx extension for Chrome. It is not as good as the mobile app, but is still good. Unfortunately, it only works on Chrome. I started to open other browsers to search for Google images.
  
  
• Mapped google domains to Safesearch. In other words, it forces safe search on Google. You won´t get any results that include adult content on Google. I´m not really good at tech, but Google gives clear instructions. (I´m new so I can´t post links, but search is with "Google Filter explicit results using SafeSearch")

I did the same with Yahoo and Bing. I couldn´t do it for Duckduckgo, so I blocked Duckduckgo URL on Cold Turkey. After this, I started to watch porn on cellphone

• Installed BƖockerx (Free version) on my cellphone. It is really useful and maybe the best free blocker for cellphone. However, it doesn´t work the same on all devices. I have a tablet and it didn´t work very well there. Some websites weren´t filtered, so I installed other blocker apps: Appblocker and Blocksite App.

• BƖockerx doesn´t work in all Android browsers (you need to become premium for that). I can´t afford the premium version right now, so I blocked the app on my Android configuration. I don´t know if all cellphones have this feature but mine is a Xiaomi Redmi 7 from 2017 so it is not new. I blocked the app with a random pattern that I don´t remember now, so I can´t open it. I only have Brave browser and BƖockerx works very well on this.
