Afraid of going through the flatline once again

I've been absent from the forums for more than one year, I think. I got cocky, I lasted 7 months without PMO, after that I was PMOing every two weeks, then every week, then twice a week.... you get then idea. Never more than twice tho, but I'm experiencing some PMO addiction symptoms, mostly social anxiety.

I know that I need to start over, since it is really sad to be afraid to make a payment in the bank and feel like the teller is judging me, I don't need that in my life.

The thing now is I remember the flatline like it was yesterday, and man, it was horrible. My social anxiety levels were off the roof, and I am afraid of that. Is there anyone else in here that has the same issue? And more important, is there anyone here that had the same thoughts and was able to succed? Thank in advance guys

 

I know, it sucks. What are your specific symptoms, and what helps you to keep going?

 

That sometimes leads you to make stupid decisions such as "I need to make sure its still working, I'll watch some P just to see what happens" and them BAM! There comes the reset
