Affect of previous sexual relationships on recovery?

    I am 4 days in to my first ever streak and experienced flatline instantly ("dead dick", no libido etc.). I started because of porn addiction, escalation and sexual taste morphing but NO ED. During my 10 years of pmo i had two long term relationships in which I had very regular sex and sexual contact. Will this make my recovery time shorter (will it take less time to notice "superpowers" and neural pathway repair)? Will flatlines be shorter?
