Advice for stopping masturbating

Hi, after joining NoFap I've been do great at staying away form porn, but the problem is that I've still been masturbating. The problem occurs when I'm taking a shower. As I begin to use the shower head to wash a certain spot on a part of me, it makes me want to masturbate. It feels like every time I start washing that spot, I convince myself that I'll only do it for a little bit and stop before masturbation. I know it's dumb and that I'll do it anyways, but I keep doing it. Does anyone know of a way to help me

 

Yeah i can put the shower head in the holder, good idea. I generally like to hold the shower head, but if this helps me to stop then I'm gonna do it. Thanks

 

I've came to say thanks again, I put the shower head in it's holder and I worked perfectly. I gonna keep doing this from now on. The cold shower is also a great idea. I'm generally a hot shower kind of person, but the idea of turning the shower to cold when wanting to touch yourself is a great idea. I'll keep that in mind.
