Hey people, just reaching out for some advice on a minor setback. I've done bullworker exercises for about a year, never had an issue apart from a few days ago where I may have exercised too soon after a meal... I experienced mild stomach cramping or tightness, not painful just mild discomfort and enough to make me give the exercise a rest. My question is should I wait about a week before trying a workout again? Or wait until the stomach discomfort is completely gone? It's only an issue if I'm doing something physical at the moment. The workouts helped bring me out of bad habits, but I don't want to cause any issues by rushing back into it. Thanks!
