Well i am doing intermittent fasting now but it seems i don’t really make progress now i don’t count calories because it’s just making things complicated
Everybody has abs. Just look at the mal nourished. They have abs. So dieting and low body fat is indeed paramount. Also, fuck abs. I'd rather have a strong core.
