Adrenal fatigue

Okay, so here is what I believe is the main problem for me: Adrenal fatigue. So about 2 months ago I've gotten a kidney detox supplement because I've had lower back pain when getting up too quickly from bed, it would last for over an hour or so. I thought this would be the main cause of this problem, but it wasn't. If the adrenals are not functioning properly, the kidneys will also be impacted. So I myself just bought an adrenal gland supplement to see if that will give me a big boost in this recovery. NoFap definitely works, but it's just like how many other people say -- NoFap will give you a platform to stand on, but it won't solve all your problems. I have tremendous faith that this support supplement will give me a boost in many ways!
