Addiction started early

Hello guys!
Porn ruled my life since I was 11 years old. I used to PMO every day for about 1-3 times. Feeling depressed and unmotived, bored by life and also being unmotivated every day in school needs to stop. I started to have sex when I was just 14 years old, there where about 15 girls that I had sex with since then. I assume that it is easy for me to get girls because I an really confident (and "good" looking lmao) but porn was present for me even when was able to have sex every day. Never realizing this addiction as an "addiction" made me feel uncomfortable. Smoking about 2-7 cigarettes each day is one of my other addictions, it helps me a little bit to overcome other needs as weed and alcohol. Yesterday I learned about NoFap and it´s goals on YouTube. I hope that NoFap can change at least my addiction to porn, and might help to improve my social life. I´m also looking forward to use this site every day to improve my situation and also my english (I´m a german student in grade 12)

Thank you (and the two other guys) for taking away my fear of forums haha.... I do not have strategie for now. I´m just 1 day in, will keep posting updates of my feelings. But I did not understand one thing about NoFap: does sex count as relapse or not?
