It gives you chance to rediscover who you really are, a chance to reconnect with life so you can find the inner peace and happiness. It lets you rediscover body-mind connection you once knew. It can bring you health that you could never dreamed of and a mental clarity and contentment that you could never have experienced in your previous life. Don't look at it as a completely negative experience, because it can be extremely positive when you rebuild your life step by step. Determination, discipline and commitment is what it takes to leave the darkness and accept the gifts addiction is offering you on the other side.
