simply, i am addicted to porn movies and i need for help to stop this addicting because i feel i am not ok and i want to back to my normal life....please
It's great that you came here. Quitting an addiction is always easiest when you have people to support you. Come back to the forums regularly, update us on your progress, use the panic button when you need instant help, and take things one day at a time. If you have any hard copies or downloaded porn, get rid of it now. This is a new day and you don't need them anymore. If you keep trying and you keep wanting to try you will succeed.
This is good that you understand that you are addicted.Well this is important to understand.Write down all those stuffs which you were unable to do just because of this habit.Be true to yourself and don't deceive yourself again while analyzing. When you finish with this exercise then you get to know the gravity of this addiction that how severely this has affected you and will affect you further. afterwards be determined,take every day as a target and be patience.Things will change for sure. good Luck MY.
