    Right from my time attaining adulthood, I have yearned for porn, sex n orgasm. Even after marriage am doing this, I am ashamed. I tried hard many times to stop but I failed miserably. I become aggressive when I didn't Pmo for sometime. Watch lot of it and get more.

    I want to stop doing this somehow, love my wife and concentrate on my goals. Please help !!

    Welcome! You're in the right place to get help. I would suggest going straight over to the Relationships Section and looking around at some of the advice that is there. Also, try starting a journal here and maybe find an accountability partner. All the best to you!

    This addiction creates a hunger within us that does not go away and cannot be sated. Many of us thought our problem would go away once we got married, but the root of our problem is not sexual... it is emotional. Many of us fell the same anger and aggression during the first few weeks, but our brains need to get used to feeling balanced and normal. We're glad you found this community and I hope we can help you.
