About that date I had. It was on tuesday and it turned out pretty well. We got to know each other pretty well. We didn't do anything sexual maybe just some light touches and hugs. She told me she had a good night with me. Next date should be on saturday so I'll let you know how that goes. I'll try to escalate it further and actually kiss and stuff. After all she does think im cute so it shouldn't be a problem for me to make a move.
I really need to start doing cardio but I just hate doing it. I don't know how to get myself to just start running. Would appreciate some advice.
Don't listen to your mind. listen to your heart. Also to bounce back from a broken streak you just have to get up. Write down something you can change next time. How to avoid that environment, how to avoid that situation where your more prone to relapse. Perhaps fix your sleeping schedule, perhaps make yourself work that day, perhaps install a blocker, etc. Bounce back by taking action. You will most likely want to take action and try to figure out what to do to last a little longer next time right after you relapse where you feel the most down and not horny.

I think watching kdramas, tv shows (try to keep it pg-13), movies, and real videos about life on youtube are great to watch. Kdramas can really show you how to behave around women and how to make them feel comfortable and loved. I really enjoyed watching Itaewon class. All of this stuff is way better than watching useless damaging mind altering pornography. And yes one day we will all be free from this addiction. Trust the process. Keep going and never give up. Day 10 for me. I really noticed my social skills were above average while talking to girls. Yea I know it's only been 10 days, but when i'm only relapsing every 9-15 days compared to 2 years ago when I was relapsing 1-2 times in a day, it still makes a difference. As long as your average relapse time goes up, you will see improvement, I promise you. It feels so amazing when your able to comfortably talk to women and people in general without porn induced anxiety creeping up in your conversations. I don't want to ruin my chances with women anymore, porn is not the move. porn is not ok.
Walk, try to do it 4-5 days a week at a regular time, listening to music helps A LOT. I suggest a minimum of 30 minutes outdoors, you can use a treadmill if you have the option. In my experience it's more motivating to finish cardio when you're outside, after you're halfway done you tend to not have another option which helps provide incentive. If you keep it up you will over time naturally start jogging. PS Day 11 staying strong go team!!!!
Day 29! Day by day I'm starting to become the person I want to be and getting rid of anything that is not part of that future Thank you so much for taking the time to write this... I truly apreciate it Congrats and keep going!
For recovery, bad day today. I ended up overworking myself today, which led to MOing. But literally other aspects of my day today were great, hit all my goals apart from the recovery one. Anyway, I am still working on a system around it. Will keep you all posted. What about you all? I have received many positive responses over the last few days. That’s great guys! I think if you want to achieve your dreams, you must do more than average/normal. But a normal day is achieving your daily goals. Not your long term but your daily goals.
