    Hello.

    I just found NoFap and I think is an amazing tool. I'd like to know if the challenges (i.e. the 90 day challenge) need to be announced or subscribed somewhere on the website or is it just a personal issue. And how is the following-up of the process made?

    Welcome to nofap. A lot of people just do their own thing and set their own goals, but if you want to join a challenge you can go to the "events and challenges" page and find one thats suits you. Every challenge has its own rules and guidelines, so you'll have to browse. Heres the link...
