    My main goal is to quit pornography. Let's start with that.

    I've been doing extremely well combating my urge to watch porn, but I have been not so good at reducing my masturbation. Since having not watched porn for nine days, masturbation feels like I'm 11 years old again. I can't last for like one minute!

    I need some encouragement to keep with the not using porn track record I got going now. Any words of advice to someone at day 9?

    P.S. has anyone had the whole "from the hour man" to the "minute man" transformation like me?
