A year and Six Month Reboot Started...Who s in?

One year six months Reboot PM started on 15th Sept 2017.

Things to do away with:
1.Smart phone
2. dating apps
3. Instant message app
4. youtube
5. Facebook and any form of social media.

Since i have a partner, i will only be on PM (will only initiate real sex and not sexting, phone sex, porn etc. if i can get it up , fine if not i will forge ahead till my brain resets.Reason being that i have noticed foul play with partner gets me hard and makes me last longer)

AIM : Morning wood , dopamine restoration etc.
DIET : vegetables, fruits , clean diet.
SUPPLEMENTS: hemp oil, mucuna pruriens, CBD oil.

First thing to do after work tomorrow : go get a simple phone . put in sim card.

 

Unable to get a small phone because all the shops were closed by the time i finished from work. But as at today, no youtube, whatsapp , facebook on my phone. Though i dont struggle with porn anymore but i do with sexting which cause me semen leakages alot.i relatively had peace of mind through the whole day.

Got a small phone today which means facebook, whatsapp, youtube boycotted.
I still need to get my sim data transfered to the small phone hopefully by tomorw sunday.

A little bit of messed up as i got a text from a distance ex , though on sms . i tried to stay on track but she kept trying to seduce me which eventually gave me a pre cum .
I then took some measures by blocking her off and getting the small phone ready .

my small phone should be ready to use by thursday latest.

My small phone ready to use. waiting for my old number to be moved so i can do away with smart phone for now. everything should be ready by Thur 21st sept 2017.
I am also mastering the art to stop fantasizing whenever i see semi nudes girls on the streets or women with different shapes and sizes and it did worked for me through out the whole day 20th Sept. Will try it again tomorrow.
