Day 296 to be precise: NO PMO / NO SEX. I have a weird feeling that my body desires women or sexual partner, it's the first time i believe that i have this type of feeling. During my PMO addiction, I never had such desires... Probably due to my brain being high jacked by Pornography. But now, I can't focus... But it's like my brain is demanding this every now and than. It doesn't ask for Porn anymore thank god, but it still has Porn Flashbacks and I feel that my body requires sex too... I'm not a weak person not at all! Not gonna switch an old addiction by a new one! Just want to know if this thing is normal ? Does it usually happen at this rate ? Anybody who went through this ? How did you manage to stay focused ?
Congrats on your reboot. Truly a great feat. Now is the time for you to start building a healthy sexual lifestyle, and do what we call rewiring. You should be socializing, flirting, and dating women you're attracted to. If they go well, you might get some kissing, cuddling, and other intimate touching. Hopefully you start having sex as well. Stopping porn is great, but indefinite abstinence is not sustainable for most people, especially porn addicts. You should engage in positive romantic/sexual encounters to rewire your brain towards them. The more you rewire and have sex, the harder it will be for porn to enter your life again. Thank for your advice. I don't live in a western society... Sadlly. I live in a Islamic Country, It's a little though in here. I'm little bit broke financially i'm 4 days away from my 28 birthday. I don't have a Car nor a House of my own, I did had a Job prior to Covid 19. I'll graduate this year with an MBA in Finance. Girls won't give you a chance if you're broke - Don't even try... It's a Game Over. Also, I would like to focus all this energy on Workout and Health and also on hitting the first Million Dollar. There are ways, I studied finance and Marketing and Sells, So I believe there are ways somehow. My problem is these hormones... And also my Brain gets triggered and lose it's ability to focus when it sees Hot Women. Is there a solution to this ? I'm a moth** f***** labor hardworker, I know myself. This is all very unfortunate. It is good to turn that sexual energy into other positive outlets, but it is often not indefinitely sustainable, especially for porn abusers like us. With an MBA in finance though you can do a lot. Immigrating to a more open country is a good idea for you to live your best life. Out here you don't need a million dollars to date a girl, all you need is to be nice, respect them, and have a positive attitude. Much better imo haha
