Hii, so, ever since I got introduced to Nofap, I've always preferred going cold turkey, and as a result I have severe withdrawal symptoms headache, mood swings, depression to name a few. My sexuality is also at stake now, I realized I don't get attracted to girls anymore. But femboys are a total turn on for me, during my previous streaks my attraction towards guys seem to vanish totally after I relapse and I miraculously become straight again. But for now, headaches seem to be a 24/7 problem. After I look at some femboy posts on Instagram(not explicit, just boys wearing tank tops and stuff) my headache seems to go away and i become normal, at least for an hour or so, I'm guessing that my brain is getting that teeny little dopamine rush while looking at femboy posts and gets satisfied temporarily. Is this considered a relapse or what? Please let me know how to deal with the withdrawl symptoms as well Thanks!
Stop looking at it. It's still something that is porn related I bet you looked at that kind of porn. I wouldn't say it's a relapse but just stop it you will always go further in it and end up going to porn again.
