A way of self- diagnosing PMO addiction

I was researching Gambling Addiction (just out of interest) today and I came across this:

I reckon 5 questions every porn user should ask him/herself are something like this:

1. Did you ever lose excessive time from work, school or other essential activities due to PMO?
2. Have you ever become concerned about changing tastes within the porn you watch?
3. Have you found yourself craving stronger types of porn?
4. Would you feel embarrassed, ashamed or anxious to tell your family or friends about your porn use
5. Do you find it difficult to go without porn for more than a few days?
