    Pornography is everywhere and I had to quite just about every social media you could think of to try and cut myself off from potential triggers. I didn't just quit social media though, I has to go as far as downloading site blocking software, then locking said software behind a password that only my accountability buddy knows so that I can't unlock it.

    It's been a whole process.
