A Straight Up Gut Punch

I'm not sure what caused me to finally realize it. I've been on this earth 23 years, recently graduated college, and had healthy relationships, but there's always been something under the surface. I've wanted it to be just depression for so long but now I'm realizing it could be tied to years of reliance on PMO for release. I'm not here to "cure" my mental issues, but I do think I could remove a huge obstacle between myself and a truly fulfilling life.
