A simple vow.

Alright guys I've been thinking. This whole challenge can be very hard and I'd like to encourage myself and others to achieve our fullest potential. I have relapsed pretty bad these past couple of days and I fear I may be on the verge of a nasty binge. That is why I have taken a VOW. It's simple I know, but I have always taken pride in being true to my word and an honest man. This is the vow I have made.
" I herby swear to never look at porn or masterbate again. I shall no longer objectify women. I will NOT make my soul purpose in life attaining as many women as I can. I will try my absolute hardest to think clean thoughts. I will conquer this addiction and help others who need it."

This is just an idea, I hope everyone sees the power in a simple VOW like I have. I will not break my streak, I will not break my vow!
