Maybe it is a stupid question but i need to ask. Is alcohol harmful to reboot ? I am not a alcoholic.I drink alcohol once a year.
No, you're fine. Drinking only once a year is not going to affect your reboot at all. However, if it becomes consistent enough to where you are using it as a replacement for fapping, that's where the problems start. Just keep going!
