A Newbie here who always failed to avoid porn (T o T)

I'm Jester 25 years old teaching English lesson online for living
I've tried to not to watch porn or masturbate but failed all the time
the longest was 12 days
still single now (don't have girlfriend since high school)
some of people i know says I'm not acting like a man and mature

so i should make the decision something could you guys give me some advice please
