So I’m 32 days in. Doing absolutely great in terms of semen retention. HOWEVER for the last week or two I’ve been binging on a game called rust. I’ve probably put 30-40 hours in. I use to have a great routine. I use to feel great. Ever since I’ve been hooked on video games it’s been horrible. I’ve been pushing people away, all I can think about is that stupid game. I rush things so I can go play. Well I’m done with video games forever, just like PMO. As your reading this, it’s the beginning of the rest of your life and I hope you can join me in not only ditching video games but also strive for self mastery. To become the best person we can become and walk our highest path.
I don’t know if this belongs here but I just felt the need to write. Perhaps your hooked too. Pm me.

  3. I think that gaming matches the same addiction pattern as porn addiction. For me it's the combination of Youtube and porn. I have always changed between the two. You are use gaming as a porn replacement. After 32 days of not watching porn I reduced my time on Youtube significant.

I think you should also quit gaming. Replace it with something else, with something without a screen. For example, you could take long walks. They clear your thoughts and kill the urges! I go for a walk almost every day. I am in the fresh air, I see REAL people, and it leads me to other thoughts. It can become a very good habit. Give it a try!
