A completely clean/new start

    Hi there,

    Even though I have a partner I have been struggling with masturbation for 20 years. Some times I have been successful for longer times than others and when I have been successful I have feelet so much more alive than when I have flailed.

    So now me with help with my supportive partner have decided to go for a clean start. What we mean by this is for 10 days (not a long time) there will be no NoFap and sex with or with out O for that time.

    Hey man! Good goal there. You should start a journal in the journal section and update it daily so you can come back to it and notice any changes that have happened. That will help you stay motivated. Good luck!
