A Complete List of Tips That Helped Me Get Past 80 Days, And Are Getting Me to 90.

    Hello everyone. I just thought I would share some tips on what helped me throughout my reboot journey. I'm just going to be straightforward here. Here they are:
    • Whenever you feel an urge to PMO, ask yourself: "Is that what you really want?" Since PMO is not what I want, I turn my decision around.
    • Install porn blockers on all your devices. (i.e K9 Web Protection, TinyWeb Filter etc.)
    • Sniff some lavender or vanilla if you feel an urge to PMO.
    • If you feel an urge to PMO, drop down and do some planks, push ups, or any kind of exercises.
    • Make a to-do list for each day, and don't include watching porn, or anything like that
    • Catch up on some YouTube or Netflix instead of wasting your time watching porn.
    • Use the NoFap Panic Button if you're ever in a jam.
    • Go out for a walk, instead of shoving your hands down your pants.
    • Pick up a new hobby, interest, instrument or sport.
    • Be careful what you search up online.
    • Use your willpower.
    • Spend time with friends or family.
    • Remember what you're thankful for.
    • Pray.
    • Be honest.
    • Believe in yourself.

    Great list! Never heard about sniffing lavender/vanilla before...must give that a go!
    Well done on getting to 90. I relapsed last night and starting over with a different strategy. I'll be referring to this list a lot so thanks for that and best of luck!
