A Big Ego's take on nofap loneliness...

    Day 45, I've been great about this whole thing, seen so many improvements. blah blah blah, half way!

    the rush of these things have been dulled almost to a point of disappearance. for the past 3/4 days, I've been dreading going to my computer to work on my school work because i know i will get to my triggers and i know i will have this fucking conversation in my head as to why i am doing this and why this and why that.

    i'm tired. I'm not giving up, i'm just lonely. the freedom that i was experiencing the first 2 weeks or so has moved on and i'm looking down at my feet trying to figure out what i'm standing on (metaphorically) this platform of awesomeness and high energy blah has moved on. I've started to unconsciously edge myself...looking for something of a release. but seem to get out of it. i'm trying really hard to not do that and seem to be getting better.

    I'm tired and lonely, woo is me...yaddi yaddi ya...Day 90, here we come!

    I've been there before. My advice: Keep yourself busy. If you are too busy doing important things, things that you love, and things that need to get done, you wont have time to think about PMO or your urges. You will find your days of sobriety fly by and before you know t, day 90 will come and go. avoid relaxing on your computer and avoid getting bored in a place where you could potentially relapse. If you find yourself in these situations, have a list of things to do in those instances. Also, if you take on more challenges and keep yourself busy with actions that take energy and passion, at the end of thee day, you will feel less lonely and more fulfilled. Fight smarter, not harder.
