slip after watching boys s3 i control for 2 hr then i bath and then sleep then relpase ......... im alwasy relapse after sleep .... my mind dont think properly
You can always put your phone/laptop away or put it somewhere else and make a routine (ritual) to do as soon as you wake up. My ritual is to wake up, drink 1 glass of water, take a leak, wash my eyes with cold water and then sit outside of my house for few minutes till I am sure I am really awake.

i have too much data store in my jiofi [wifi] 10 gb expire in 5 days so i download heavy games and keep playing i dont wanna download but my mind say data will waste use it anywhere ....... i again dwnld pubg mobile play for 2 days my cousin come and they are huge fan of pubg day and night keep talking about this ..... i think i have to get out of gaming first then other bad habit ,,,,, i cant do meditation bcoz of laziness i sleep in between session anyways im just back to normal myself eat sleep anime yt mstb[every 3day] repeat not thsi day

the best way to protect from urge is breath fast and deep that yoga called bhrastika search on yt when urge occurs put the screen off then go fast somewhere then wash ur face ...and say it - im not gonna fall this time this is enough thats it ,,,
