guys, you´ll start to grow, just never give up, if you fail, get back on track cause the next time it´ll be better. When I´ve started 6 months ago, I couldn´t go past 2 or 3 days, day 4 or 5 were always a pre-programmed failure. But I always started and tried again with new strategies and more hope. Today going for 7 days is a piece of cake, if I can do it, you can do too
I used to stuck with 7days, the trick for me to go further is to spend more time in this site to help and encourage other people, its also a re-education process to yourself, works perfect for me, you can also try it! Good luck!
I'm in!! my greatest is 15 days but about day 10 I begin to stress A LOT. Perhaps I can keep on and continue up to the month, which is my goal.
We are here for your man. I've personally only been on this site for two weeks, and I've only completed one 7 Day Challenge. This will be the second challenge that I'm totally going to complete and you sure as hell are too.

you can write handwritten a journal for yourself, to engage the process of thinking about the progress way better and intense, or you can start a journal thread in the reboot logs section you can find on the main page of the forum.
